Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Within the United States, USPS will be used to ship all orders unless otherwise requested. Tracking is provided once the order has been processed. Our studio is working on a reduced M/W/F schedule for the time being. All shipments within the US take approximately 1 - 5 days to deliver (depending on region) once USPS has picked up the order.

International Shipping

All orders placed outside of the United States will be shipped using USPS. Delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs clearance. We do not control post office or customs of any country. Please contact them direct.

Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers who refuse delivery of their order will incur a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Our studio is open M/W/F most weeks except for holidays and unforeseen circumstances.
